Our 12 step procedure at A & R Carpet Care and Professional Cleaning Services for Air Duct Cleaning is more thorough than most other air duct cleaning companies.

Step 1 - We arrive on time
Step 2 - Technicians wear shoe covers in your home
Step 3 - All of your fabric upholstery, bedding, and electronics are covered with plastic sheeting
Step 4 - All vent registers are removed and cleaned with an environmentally friendly but powerful
detergent to remove years of accumulative soils.
Step 5 - All air ducting is cleaned with a patented process that agitates and vacuums the entire ducting walls
and is assisted with our special video inspection camera which is mounted at the head of our brush and vacuum system. This ensures proper and though cleaning. Without video equipment it would be like cleaning blind folded.
Step 6 - The air handler or air return is then completely vacuumed out and then disinfected.
Step 7 - The furnace filter is removed and furnace is vacuumed and cleaned were accessible.
Step 8 - We now thermal fog the entire ducting system with an antimicrobial disinfectant to remove any potential problem that may not be seen by the naked eye.
Step 9 - All cleaned vent registers are reinstalled.
Step 10 - A new filter should be installed at this time. We recommend our 10 year electrostatic air filter. Each filter is custom ordered for your system and is shipped to you by the manufacturer.
Step 11 - All plastic sheeting is removed from furniture.
Step 12 - All carpets are vacuumed and floors swept.
